Our abalone is harvested from area teeming with sea-life, thriving in the nutrient-rich waters of the Great Southern Ocean. Pollution free pristine waters (less than 0.35 people/km) ensure the best in quality, nutrition and the pure sweet flavours our abalone is famous for.

As the abalone is wild-caught, the weight could vary up to 50g

Our products are fully certified by the Australian Wild Abalone (AWA) Quality Assurance Code of Practice and all our abalone are processed under HACCP based food management systems and approved export registered establishments. Both our greenlip and blacklip stocks are classed as sustainable in the 2024 Australian Fisheries Research and Development Corporations ‘Status of Australian Fish Stocks
